- Creating and managing your personalized wedding budget
- Assisting in multiple vendor appointments, negotiations, walk-through
- Contacting vendors for information and pricing
- Arranging consultations with vendors, vendor comparisons
- Budgeting and payment schedules
- Creating a vendor list with contact information, set-up/take down times
- Creating and managing your personalize wedding guide, including calendar of events timeline and task management list.
- Guidance and overseeing the invitation and guest seating process.
- Assistance with DYI projects (invitations, favours, place cards, centerpieces, signage etc..)
- Attendance at menu tasting and review of the event order from the caterer/venue to ensure accuracy
- Assistance with the selection of wedding party gifts and wedding favours
- Assistance with placing rental orders; linens, ceremony chairs, tents, furniture, etc.
