Let me handle all the details while you’re tying the knot: you shouldn't worry about anything on your wedding day. It’s what I do best! I will finalize all your wedding details two weeks prior to the event, coordinate your rehearsal, and ensure flawless execution on your big day.

- Building and implementing your wedding day itinerary (for couple and for vendors)
- Managing all vendor payments the day prior-to and on wedding day
- Managing all licences that may be required
- Safe keeping of vows, speeches, scripts and rings
- Tending to the bride and groom’s needs - wedding survival kit
- Supervision of all monetary and bridal gifts
- Organization and direction of the wedding rehearsal
- Distribution of wedding day timeline to the wedding party
- Full day of coordination- wedding ceremony and reception (up to 9 hours)
- Coordination of vendors and deliveries; caterers, florist, DJ, etc.
- Audio/ Visual check with musicians and DJ
- Set-up and organization of; favours, place cards, seating chart, etc.
- Distribution of flowers to the bridal party and family & final inspection
- Greet and assist guests with questions, directions and seating arrangements
- Coordination of reception activities; grand entrance, meal, first dance, cake cutting, speeches, toasts, garter & bouquet toss, etc.
- Coordination of event tear-down; décor, linens, etc. transportation of gifts and personal items to correct locations
